About us
Founded in 2020, Parwin is a Latin American financial services advisory boutique and local partner for international investors. We are a team of former investment bankers, highly dedicated professionals, combining various expertise and capabilities.

ADVISORY AND STRATEGIC M&A
Origination and implementation of clients strategy, including negotiation, diligence and documentation on behalf of clients.
Tailor made alternatives such as international and local bond issuances, syndicate loans, private trust structuring and debt restructuring, among others.
Former Head of HSBC Argentina Debt Capital Markets. During that period HSBC led the league tables with +$50bn in debt transactions. Additionally, during his banking career he was also part of the HSBC Latin America M&A team.
Santiago holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in International Business in Grenoble Ecole Management, France.
He has over 8 years of DCM and banking experience, in Buenos Aires and New York. Prior to joining Parwin he worked for the HSBC Latin American and Global Banking team.
Cristian holds a bachelor’s in Business and a Master in Finance, both from the Universidad Católica Argentina.
Has over 6 years of M&A and banking experience in both Buenos Aires and New York. Prior to joining Parwin, worked for the HSBC Latin America Advisory (M&A) team and the Global Chemicals Advisory (M&A) team.
Agustín holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics at Universidad del Salvador, Argentina.
